Night Call

Most people don’t need 24 hour care. Finding care during the day is generally straight forward, but what happens if you need occasional or scheduled overnight support? Our innovative Nightcall service operates on a subscription basis, offering a response within one hour from 9pm to 8am, 365 days a year.

OUR MISSION AT OPTIMAL FUTURE IS TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY, AND TO SUPPORT THIS, WE HAVE INTRODUCED OUR NIGHTCALL SERVICE.

NightCall operates from 9pm to 7am providing a one hour response to emergency situations or requests for assistance. Almost all of us want to remain living independently in our own home. However with age can come vulnerability.

Frailty, dementia and lung disease are examples of conditions that can restrict independence. Night support may be required only occasionally, but has not available on an as required basis until now. Support needs through the night often result in a residential care admission. This is why we have introduced nightcall.

Our experienced call handlers will respond to lifeline alarms, monitoring technology or phone calls. If the initial telephone assessment does not provide re-assurance that the individual is safe, a Night Responder will be at your home within an hour. Should hospital admission be required, we can accompany you to hospital, acting as advocate and maintaining communication with your family.
